Architecturally, a sense of drama was evident in the large, double-height void and textured shades of grey stone cladding. We responded to the sophisticated feel of these spaces with a refined sensibility that is functional yet considered. The design of the stair, robes, bathrooms and study areas of the new home for a family of four brings a contemporary yet light and bright feel to the spaces.
The palette of soft oak and white marble, contrasted against the textured stone and sharp black steel, harmonises with the soft furnishings and pops of colour to create a minimalist, inviting aesthetic.
